I have eaten here twice - once a to-go order and this evening a dine-in at the bar experience. The pierogis are so good, boiled and pan-fried, and the martinis are delicious, especially the raspberry espresso martini. Highly recommend for a casual but pleasant experience.

First our server Olena was wonderful. Second the kitchen is also wonderful. Beautifully prepared, spiced and plated delights. Pleanty of comfortable tables and booths in a very clean restaurant. Our meal was perfect. Lots of options for the very large or smaller appetites. Nice drinks menu beer or martinis. Good parking. Great overall experience. See photos of gogeous food in this review.

This was our first visit, but we will return. The food was excellent, and our server Anastasia was great. I had the Ukrainian meatballs that came with mashed potatoes. I ended up with enough for another meal. Hubby had the lamb shank with veggies and mashed potatoes. It was fork tender, and he loved it. For dessert, he had their crepe. It was delicious. Very nice place which we recommend.

An amazing local gem. Certainly worth checking out if you’re ever in the area. Borscht and pierogi are as good as they come and very friendly staff. Separate shoutout to our server Kate!

Absolutely super place! I live at an “old folks home,” well it’s really a pretty top notch retirement community, and once a month the guys are taken by bus to a “mystery lunch spot.” So, we were driven to the Pierogi Bar recently, and it was a huge hit!! As a teenager in suburban Chicago, working at a local hospital, I constantly heard nurses talking about their recipes for strange things called pierogis. Why did I wait until now to finally taste them? Ya gotta try this place, folks, and I’d especially recommend the three potato with crunchy cabbage pierogis and schnitzel plate. Outstanding!!! Carpathian lamb shank, pierogi sampler, and a nice cup of Ukranian borscht. Olena, our server, went out of her way to help get more pierogi. She was amazing, as well. We ended up three times as many pierogi as we initially thought to get. They were amazing.

We brought a group of 16, 12 of whom were children. They pushed tables together and made a fancy banquet for our families that our children will remember for years to come. The food was amazing and the staff was very kind! Thank you for a wonderful evening!
